We accept purchase orders from school and organizations on a daily basis.

For a quote you can head to our store, add items to your cart, and checkout clicking PO to see your total. Please leave contact information and the best time to reach you. We will be in touch at the specified time.

For large orders, please email sales@picoTurbine.com and provide us with the best way to contact you.

How to submit a PO

  1. Submit a PO on our website. Head to shop online. At checkout, select PO. Have a PO number ready if possible or note in the comments section pending.
  2. Send a fax PO to 877-577-1887
  3. If you have further questions, please give us a call. (877) 731-9966

Please indicate a due date and any restrictions on delivery on your purchase order.

If you buy any kit from www.PicoTurbine.com you may return it within 15 days since the day in which you placed your order for a partial refund.
Please contact us first to obtain a RMA and then package up all the parts and mail them back to us in the same condition they were sent in:

We must receive this within 30 days from the day in which you placed your orders for your refund.
When we receive the returned item we will reimburse your credit card as quickly as possible after performing an audit to ensure it was returned in the “same condition” sent.
Refunds are for the cost of the materials only; we do not refund shipping charges. If any component is defective, you have the option of just returning that component and we will ship you a replacement free of charge.
Note: For all orders over $100.00 we charge a 25% restocking fee
Claims for broken or missing parts must be made within 3 business days upon receiving your order. We will replace them free of charge but after 3 business you will be charged shipping and handling for replacement components.

6 Month Return Policy: 50% 0f purchase price minus shipping costs

We ship out all orders as quickly as possible. Normally we ship out in 1-2 business days but during the busy season it may take up to 3-4 business days to ship.
To expedite your order please call or email us right away.
All international customers are responsible for their own duties/taxes/fees. We do not calculate these in our shopping cart.

Please check with customs after 10 business days in which you receive your shipment notification. If you do not claim your package in person or by phone within 30-45 days it will be shipped back to us. We will not charge a restocking fee but will have to charge for a reshipment fee. If it is after 30 days in which we receive the package back we will ship it back out as soon as receiving payment for the reshipment. No refunds will be issued for returned shipments received after 45 days of shipping.

This site does not provide any of your personal information to any outside marketing entity.
Information is only disclosed to entities involved in fulfilling your order, such as the credit card processing company.
All fax transmissions are shredded after processing for security.
We don’t give your email address, home address, or phone number to anybody so you don’t have to worry about spam and junk mail.
We will only send you email to let you what we are up to, with special offers, or a thank you.
Unless absolutely necessary we would prefer not to take your credit card number over the phone for your safety.
