The Green Mile Charity - Join Us On 
At PicoTurbine International, not only do we strive to provide materials that will advance our students educationally, but we want to empower them in other ways as well. One of our initiatives is to provide scholarship opportunities so some of our best and brightest students will get the financial support they need.
Another goal of ours is to participate in charities that will provide members of the PicoTurbine family with opportunities to directly improve the lives of others.
Green Mile Charity- Funding the Future of Education
At PicoTurbine International, we are committed to improving the quality of education. In addition to working hard to develop great products and curriculum, we created a program called the Green Mile Charity, dedicated exclusively to raising money for students and educators.
We’ll be kicking things off during the summer of 2011 with the Green Technology Virtual Science Fair and 1mi/5k race The Green Mile Team will follow that up with a variety of events and fundraisers throughout the year. Proceeds are awarded directly to students in scholarships, used for funding student outreach programs, and sponsoring teacher workshops—all things that are recycled back into improving education.
The Green Mile Charity is a young and growing part of PicoTurbine International. We’re looking for partners to help us realize its potential. Sponsorships, donations, time, resources, ideas, or just a set of helping hands—we can use them all. There’s work to be done, so please join us.
